Lior Pinsky

Lior Pinsky is a musician and sound artist working mainly with cassette tape manipulation and analog synthesis. Pinsky works with analog keyboards, field recordings, and found tapes.

On saga.domaine: The Mimus Descent (2022), the label’s second release, is a tape piece of field recordings and analog keyboards. All Things Die (2023), Pinsky’s seventh album, is seven compositions built from sounds on old tapes found in an anonymous box. Must Be Gone (2025) pairs melodic analog synthesis with tape manipulation of field recordings and concrete material. The Triad Called Wind (2026) began as an ambisonic work for Hazira Theatre’s “Leave Me in the Dark” and was rearranged for headphones as nine pieces, combining field recordings, live instruments, and electronics.
